LIFE WADER is a £5.8m nature recovery project. It started in 2021 and will run for 5 years.  It covers just over 70,000 hectare, and aims to improve the ecological condition  of more than 49,000 hectares of habitat and water.

Blue Green Studio and 35percent developed designs for wetlands at three sites, to improve water quality in the Tweed catchment, and the SSSI Northumberland coast.
