Where there is a clean, controlled supply of water, biodiversity can flourish.
It is amazing how quickly wildlife can regenerate. Creating clean runoff is one of the best ways to do this, in all development contexts.
Blue Green Studio integrates surface water design with landscape in a way that enhances biodiversity, brings lasting community benefits, improves water quality, and reduces flooding. This is only possible through designing with a fully integrated landscape approach.
Not only is this approach good for nature, but there are economic benefits: multifunctional landscapes are cost-effective. Well designed surface water schemes can help to deliver multiple other targets, such as delivering biodiversity net gain on site.
Blue Green Studio has extensive experience of successfully designing surface water schemes for planning approvals, including Paragraph 80 residential developments, industrial/office development, educational, and mixed use development.
